Thank you for taking the time to learn more about Angel’s Montessori School. Each day at our school is an exciting new opportunity to enrich the minds of our students, and we hope your child will join us.

Angel’s Montessori School welcomes students regardless of race, gender, national and ethnic origin, and is non discriminatory in all our policies. We accept children between the ages of 2 and 6 years old.

There are no specific academic entrance requirements; however, we base admission decisions on many factors, especially your child’s age and suitability for our program.

About Us

Angels Montessori Preschool is celebrating over 15 years of building educational foundation of children in our community. We put only the best into them so that so they can go out and make our city great a better place to live. Therefore AMS tries to remain the number one Montessori school in The Bay Area.

The school was dedicated to the social, physical, and educational development of young children. We accomplish this by providing the finest fully certified Montessori teachers, not assistants, to run the classrooms. In addition AMS utilizes the proven Montessori Method to educate children. This ensures each element of the whole child at their own pace. The school’s main goal is to foster the whole child to their full potential.

The academics are far beyond any other school in the Bay Area. Children are given the tools to excel themselves and carefully prepared environment in areas such as math, language, sensorial, practical life, geography, history, zoology and botany. The knowledge and structure of each subject exceeds what young adults know. AMS is providing an environment that creates confident, strong, and well-educated children.

Accreditation

Angels Montessori School is a member of the American Montessori Society AMS. In addition to our affiliation with AMS, we are also licensed by the State of California.

Angels Montessori School is also a 5-star QRIS (Quality Rating Improvement Scale). This score is given by the Contra Costa board of education and California First 5 program.
